Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Where we deliver

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. We do not currently ship outside these countries.

Delivery times

Delivery times are counted from the day your payment is confirmed (or, for cash on delivery, the day we confirm your order) and exclude public holidays.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse in the UAE once your online payment is confirmed. Cash on delivery is available for UAE addresses only, with a fee of AED 20 added at checkout; we confirm these orders with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and you pay the courier in cash on arrival. You receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange delivery.

Customs and duties

Orders to GCC countries outside the UAE are sent from the UAE. If any local customs charges apply in your country, our team will tell you before dispatch.
