About these terms

These terms apply to purchases made on botanveliving.com, operated by Botanve FZC LLC, Bc-892005, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT. Delivery is free. Payment is taken online by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, and your order is confirmed once payment is complete. For UAE addresses you may instead choose cash on delivery, which adds a fee of AED 20; these orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and we may cancel a cash on delivery order we cannot confirm.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Filtration results depend on your local water conditions.

Use of the product

Install the shower head as described in the instructions and replace the cartridge every 3 to 4 months or after about 10,000 litres.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
