We offer a 7-day return window on the BOTANVÈ Shower Filter Head, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
Replacement filter cartridges are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons. Unopened, sealed cartridges may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
